Our Returns Policy
We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery. Please note:
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- We cannot accept returns on final sale items or personalized/custom orders
- Certain delicate fabrics (silk, leather, and sheepskin) must show no signs of wear or damage
How to Return an Item
Our returns process is as straightforward as the clean lines of our best-selling dresses:
- Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. Use our template below for convenience.
- Wait for Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all tags and protective coverings.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Salisbury atelier using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring your return.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where we’ve sent the wrong item or there’s a quality issue. We offer two return shipping options:
- Standard Return: £8.95 via Royal Mail tracked service (3-5 business days to reach us)
- Express Return: £14.95 via DHL (1-2 business days to reach us)
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days
- Your original payment method will be credited (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Please allow 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
We’re pleased to offer exchanges for size or color when available in our current stock. The process mirrors our returns procedure, with these additional notes:
- Please specify your desired exchange item in your initial email
- We’ll cover one-way shipping for exchanges (you ship the original item back to us, we ship the new item to you)
- If the exchange item is of higher value, we’ll invoice you for the difference
