Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery after dispatch)

Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 business days delivery after dispatch)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Denim Dreams purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your item, we offer a straightforward returns process.

Our Returns Policy

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Certain delicate fabrics (silk, leather, sheepskin) must show no signs of wear or damage

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of these garments, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Final sale items
  • Personalized or custom orders
  • Evening wear
  • Waistcoats & gilets
  • Leather/suede items that show signs of having been worn

How to Return an Item

Our returns process is as elegant as our best-selling dresses:

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Wait for Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all tags and protective coverings.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Salisbury atelier using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring your return.

Return Shipping Options

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of wrong items sent or quality issues:

Standard Return: £8.95 via Royal Mail tracked service (3-5 business days)

Express Return: £14.95 via DHL (1-2 business days)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days
  • Your original payment method will be credited (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

We’re pleased to offer exchanges for size or color when available in our current stock:

  • Specify your desired exchange item in your initial email
  • We’ll cover one-way shipping for exchanges (you ship the original item back to us, we ship the new item to you)
  • If the exchange item is of higher value, we’ll invoice you for the difference
